Overview As Private Client Service Manager, you safeguard High Net Worth clients' lifestyles by overseeing personal insurance programs and tailoring solutions. You will lead client relationships, guide renewal strategies, and collaborate across teams to grow revenue and protect client interests. You operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, leveraging market knowledge to secure optimal coverage. This role blends relationship management, strategic planning, and mentorship to drive client satisfaction and business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with High Net Worth clients and deliver proactive, high-quality service
- Conduct annual reviews of insurance programs and recommend enhancements
- Counsel clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases to address exposures
- Lead renewal processes and coordinate design, marketing, and service strategy for client programs
- Cultivate carrier relationships and stay informed on market trends to secure best coverage
- Coach and mentor Client Service Managers and Associates
- Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems; ensure compliance and timely service
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience or High School degree with 10+ years experience
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Appropriate licensing as required
- Preferred: insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships
