Responsibilities- Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team with a focus on safe practices
- Own asset reliability by advancing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance
- Collaborate with Operations to improve line efficiency and equipment availability
- Coach and mentor staff to build ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capability
- Promote a strong safety culture by identifying hazards and implementing controls
- Provide technical direction for troubleshooting, repairs, and quality of craft work
- Utilize CMMS and digital tools to manage work orders and drive data-based decisions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and extend equipment life
- Be available for nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
Key requirements- Demonstrated experience leading and supervising teams
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, production, or military environments
- Working knowledge of CMMS or similar tools for maintenance planning
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance; hands-on familiarity with PLCs, drives, motors, instrumentation, or automation
