Overview

As Senior Director, you will architect talent strategy and organizational design for the Success Academy Network Office and school operations. You'll lead a team of People Partners, ensuring alignment between talent, operations, and executive leadership to scale the HR function. You'll partner with C-suite to drive succession planning, change management, and efficiency while preserving a culture focused on educational excellence. This role offers high-impact work at scale with a mission-driven, fast-growing organization. You will help shape a lean, capable HR backbone that supports rapid growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the People Partner team to elevate HR delivery standards and foster a high-output culture
  • Architect enterprise-wide org strategies and transformations to support growth and reduce silos
  • Partner with C-Suite to drive executive succession planning, talent calibration, and leadership effectiveness
  • Leverage predictive talent analytics and audit workflows to eliminate redundant processes and maintain lean teams
  • Embed a transparent feedback culture and ensure scholar-first decision-making across the enterprise
  • Drive operational velocity with a clear execution cadence and proactive change management
Key requirements
  • 12 to 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • at least 6+ years leading strategic HRBP/People Partner teams in high-growth or matrixed environments
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience with scaling HR functions
  • Executive-level influence with direct advisory experience to C-Suite and leadership on org design and change management
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate talent data into executive strategies and measure ROI
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
