Responsibilities- Oversee multiple industrial construction projects from inception to close-out
- Manage risk, budgets, schedules, and resources in collaboration with regional safety teams and site leaders
- Lead contractor bidding process and mobilization activities
- Review subcontractor contracts and ensure alignment with project scope and schedule
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory standards; oversee site safety and quality
- Facilitate jobsite meetings, progress reviews, and closeout activities
- Maintain strong client and team relationships and manage sector-specific project delivery in food, beverage, and life sciences
Key requirements- 12+ years in construction roles
- 8+ years as construction project manager in industrial settings
- Experience with design-build firms preferred
- Background in food, beverage, consumer products, or pharmaceuticals industries
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or Revit
- Understanding of prime contract requirements and performance metrics
- Ability to read P&IDs (preferred)
- Manufacturing site management experience preferred
