Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and site plans
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Provide guidance, training, and toolbox talks to site staff and subcontractors
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Promote a strong safety culture across the organisation
Key requirements- 5+ years' experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction sector
- Recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g., Nebosh, IOSH, Level 8 H&S degree, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and best practice
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel between Dublin-based sites
