You'll guide the agency's online presence, crafting timely, engaging material and managing conversations in fast-moving or sensitive moments. Your work supports the public's access to information and strengthens the department's public image. Responsibilities- Steer the agency's social media presence and content calendar
- Craft timely, compelling content for multiple platforms
- Navigate and respond to high-stakes conversations online
- Support public information access and protect public image in challenging situations

- Contribute to strategic planning to meet agency priorities
Key requirements- Five years of related experience with two years at professional level (Option 1)
- Bachelor's Degree in designated fields with two years professional level experience in Public Relations or Affairs (Option 2)
