Overview In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of ShopMy's commercial contracting and vendor procurement, shaping scalable processes and practical terms. You'll partner across Legal, Finance, Security, and business units to enable efficient deals with brand partners and vendors. The position combines negotiation, process design, and governance to support a high-growth, creator-led commerce platform. You'll thrive by building structure from the ground up while delivering business-minded contract solutions.

Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts (including SaaS, service, and partner agreements)
- Develop scalable contracting templates, playbooks, and standard terms
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Security, and Business Operations to improve contract management
- Track renewals, dates, and obligations; maintain contract repository
- Manage end-to-end procurement-from requisition to vendor selection, diligence, and payment
- Maintain vendor governance, performance tracking, risk assessment, and offboarding decisions
- Create vendor engagement standards and scalable procurement playbooks
Key requirements- 1-3+ years in contract management, vendor procurement, or commercial legal roles (startup experience preferred)
- Experience supporting technology transactions and vendor engagements
- Knowledge of software, services, reseller, and strategic partnership agreements
- Ability to lead end-to-end procurement and negotiations
- Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
