Overview In this role you act as the client's project champion within Abonmarche, guiding projects from proposal to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional staff to meet client goals, deadlines, and budgets, while fostering a collaborative and mentorship-driven culture. You'll drive meetings, monitor progress, and ensure work quality aligns with client needs. Responsibilities- Prepare proposals, contracts, and subcontracts
- Set and track deadlines; manage permits and progress reporting
- Lead kickoff, progress, and client meetings
- Collaborate with Business Development to pursue opportunities
- Define team roles, schedules, and budgets for new projects
- Monitor budgets and scope of work
- Review plans and reports for client alignment
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience
- PM experience on municipal, roadway, sanitary/sewer, water, storm sewer, trails, traffic signals, site design projects (preferred)
- Self-motivated; able to work independently or in a team
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
