Responsibilities- Support government contracts litigation, counseling, advisory and transactional matters
- Participate in bid protests, contract negotiations, investigations, and compliance efforts
- Assist with technology licensing, cybersecurity, and government contract aspects of M&A
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical client service
- Contribute to research, drafting, and writing for complex matters
- Advise on regulatory requirements under federal and state laws
Key requirements- 2-6 years of government contracts experience
