Responsibilities- Lead the AI, analytics, and automation roadmap aligned with Board goals and Audit priorities
- Own strategy, product roadmap, delivery, and adoption of AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation
- Architect and scale a unified audit platform with reusable data assets and AI services
- Build and retain a high-performing data science, AI engineering, product, and automation team
- Advise executives on maximizing value from AI while managing data, model, operational, and ethical risks
- Promote a platform-based approach to reduce time-to-market and increase reuse across audits
- Collaborate with Enterprise AI, data science, risk, compliance, and business leaders to extend capabilities across the three lines of defense
- Enable continuous monitoring, robust risk detection, automated evidence generation, and deeper data-driven insights
Key requirements- 8 years of relevant experience in data science, AI, analytics, automation, product management, technology delivery, audit technology, or related enterprise technology functions
- 5+ years of leadership experience building and leading diverse high-performing teams
- Track record delivering enterprise AI, analytics, automation, or data products from strategy to production with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, automation, analytics, data platforms, cloud technologies, model lifecycle management
- Experience partnering with Technology to design and scale platforms, reusable capabilities, APIs, and enterprise-grade AI capabilities
- Strong understanding of audit, controls, risk management, data governance, model risk, responsible AI, and regulatory expectations in financial services or similar regulated environments
- Executive-level communication and influencing skills with ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Experience shaping strategies, operating models, talent plans, and performance metrics to accelerate delivery and adoption
