Responsibilities- Grow and own the performance of assigned accounts and inform client teams on vertical trends
- Manage a team of Client Partners
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners
- Hold the team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs
- Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies
- Translate broad vertical trends into strategic opportunities to drive business growth
- Assist Sales leadership with quotas and account lists for team members
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years experience in sales in digital media space
- 1+ year of experience managing a team or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise across the verticals
- Experience with cross-functional teams and management levels
