Overview In this role, you join Olsson's industrial team to support the design and delivery of safe, practical facilities. You'll work with experienced engineers to perform analysis, create models, and produce construction documents, growing your engineering skills and taking on increasing responsibility. Responsibilities- Develop calculations, models, and construction documents for industrial facilities
- Support design, coordination, and project documentation to ensure successful outcomes
- Apply engineering principles and collaborate with senior engineers to craft effective solutions
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, clients, and contractors to advance project goals
- Gain hands-on experience with structural analysis, design software, and real-world projects
- Prepare calculations, reports, and documentation meeting project requirements
- Mentor interns and share technical knowledge
- Conduct site visits to verify conditions and support design and construction activities
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis
- Minimum of one year of engineering experience
- Engineer Intern (EI) certificate
- Experience developing 3D models and construction documentation in Autodesk Revit
- Familiar with ACAD Software, RISA 3D, EnerCalc, MS Excel, and Hilti/Dewalt design
