Overview In this role, you lead the Foundation Engineering team responsible for near real-time configuration propagation across 100+ global data centers. You will shape the technical direction of foundational cloud services, scale systems, and drive AI-enabled improvements. You mentor engineering leaders, align cross-functional priorities, and own end-to-end delivery of highly available infrastructure. Responsibilities- Coach and grow engineering managers and tech leads to drive organizational growth
- Own end-to-end delivery of scalable, resilient foundational services across 100+ data centers
- Collaborate with Product, Program Management, and other engineering service owners to align priorities and remove technical blockers
- Architect distributed systems, runtime synchronization, and high-volume cloud infrastructure
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate velocity and reduce operational toil
Key requirements- 15+ years in software engineering
- 5+ years managing managers and multi-team organizations
- expert in distributed systems, infra-services, data synchronization, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes
- proven ability to navigate cross-team negotiations and maintain high engineering standards
