Overview In this role you will lead the Investments AI workstream, shaping the product roadmap and delivering scalable AI-enabled investments solutions. You will collaborate with investment professionals, business leaders, architects, and engineers to translate priorities into tangible product outcomes that improve research, portfolio management, trading, risk, and operations. The position offers the chance to drive innovation and adoption of Agentic AI across the organization while maintaining governance and measurable business value. Responsibilities- Deliver measurable investment outcomes by executing the Agentic AI product roadmap and scaling reusable capabilities across research, portfolio management, trading, investment oversight, and investment risk
- Maximize return on AI investment by partnering with investment teams, AI Champions, and business leaders to prioritize opportunities with strategic value, feasibility, reuse potential, and risk-adjusted impact
- Accelerate value realization by translating priorities into clear product requirements, release decisions, evaluation criteria, and success measures, guiding cross-functional delivery from discovery through launch
- Ensure sustainable adoption and operational readiness by managing scope, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and roadmap performance for the investments AI Workstream

- Demonstrated AI product leadership with cross-functional mobilization and responsible AI focus
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs across business and technology teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance innovation, delivery execution, governance, and business outcomes
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or related leadership roles within asset or investment management
- 1+ year of experience driving AI, GenAI, or automation initiatives within asset management firms
- Knowledge of Data, Analytics, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and modern cloud-based technology ecosystems
- Experience with Agile delivery models and cross-functional technology organizations
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data Science, or related field preferred
- Product Management, Agile, Cloud, AI, or related industry certifications are a plus
