Overview As Senior Producer at WPP Production, you lead creative production across integrated campaigns, ensuring high-quality output within budgets and timelines. You'll partner with senior leaders, manage day-to-day production, and serve as the primary client-facing contact for on-set and complex post workflows. You will push technical and creative boundaries across physical shoots and post-production, shaping multi-channel content at scale. Responsibilities- Scope and plan concepts, break down scripts, create detailed schedules, and manage scope from inception to delivery
- Lead on-set production and coordinate communication between agency, clients, and partners
- Oversee complex post-production pipelines (CGI, color, online/offline for various deliverables)
- Contribute to creative problem solving to overcome budget/time constraints
- Coordinate with Creative, Account Services, Business Affairs, and Talent on milestones and deliverables
- Research, select, and negotiate with top-tier directors, cinematographers, and vendors
- Manage budgets, invoices, and final project wrap-outs in collaboration with Business Affairs
- Maintain knowledge of client compliance, legal guidelines, and talent/union regulations (SAG-AFTRA)
- Mentor and support junior producers, guiding teams through proactive risk assessment
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI tools and next-gen production processes
Key requirements- 7-10 years of integrated production management experience in a creative agency or global production studio
- Strong portfolio across physical production, post-production (CGI, editing, VFX) and digital/experiential platforms a plus
- Proven leadership in on-set production and post-production oversight
- Experience producing food & beverage campaigns for major global brands (preferred)
- Deep understanding of post-production workflows and shoot logistics
- Familiarity with SAG-AFTRA rules, talent contracts, and union/non-union talent costing
- Budgeting, estimating, scoping, and overall project financial management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Proficiency with modern project management tools and openness to AI-driven production tools
