Overview As a Finance-focused SAP ERP Consultant, you help CFOs transform core accounting and finance operations on SAP S/4HANA. You combine deep G/L and sub-ledger knowledge with strong consulting and delivery skills, working with cross-functional teams to align priorities and guide users through new ways of working. You translate CFO priorities into scalable SAP-based solutions that improve controls and decision-ready insight. You will contribute to finance transformation programs and leverage GenAI in finance delivery to boost close and reporting efficiency. Responsibilities- Engage with CFO-facing Finance stakeholders to capture current-state pain points and translate into SAP S/4HANA Finance requirements
- Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and client presentations to articulate value of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
- Design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing using SAP S/4HANA and Central Finance
- Analyze finance process data (COA, master data, sub-ledger mappings, journals, asset registers, reconciliations) to inform design and data cleansing
- Execute and coordinate system testing (unit, SIT, UAT), defect triage, cutover activities, and hypercare for SAP Finance releases
- Apply SAP Business AI and GenAI use cases in finance delivery to improve efficiency in close, controls, and reporting
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a Global Delivery model
- Coach analysts and junior team members, contribute to internal assets and best practices
- Travel may be required (0-100%) depending on business needs
Key requirements- Minimum 3 years of functional experience in SAP Finance (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and/or Product Costing)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Asset Accounting / Fixed Assets (capitalization, depreciation, parallel ledger)
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations in a configuration, functional, or delivery role
- Minimum 3 years of finance transformation consulting experience (process design, controllership, close optimization, or CFO advisory)
- Minimum 1 year serving Industrial clients and/or industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience)
