Overview In this role, you lead a Subcontract Administration team to manage complex contracts for the F-35 teammate and its suppliers. You drive subcontract strategy, cost and schedule performance, and delivery execution in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will liaise with cross-functional managers to align on RFPs, proposals, and negotiations, shaping long-term contracting with strategic partners. Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of Subcontract Administrators/Managers
- Coordinate with Subcontract Program Managers on cost, schedule, and supplier performance
- Lead end-to-end subcontract lifecycle: RFPs, proposals, terms/conditions, negotiations, PO execution
- Oversee subcontract management of suppliers, internal audits, and executive reviews
- Support employee selection, training, performance, development, and disciplinary actions
- Drive center fuselage contracts, Teammate Furnished Equipment, and strategic long-term contracting with Northrop Grumman
Key requirements- Supply Chain, Supply Chain Integration, or Logistics experience
- Experience with subcontract cost, quality, schedule and/or technical program performance
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong leadership and ability to build organizational talent
- Ability to foster positive employee engagement and development
- Continuous improvement mindset and change management
- SAP knowledge/background
- Knowledge of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 procurements
- Negotiation experience with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
