You'll shape delivery strategy, build lasting executive-level relationships, and mentor project teams to ensure solid outcomes. You'll lead engagements, pursue sales opportunities, and collaborate across firms to extend SAP-based offerings. This role blends technical leadership with client-centric execution in a hybrid, innovation-driven environment. Responsibilities- Lead and implement SAP S/4HANA cloud solutions (public/private) and core architecture design
- Solutioning engagements and driving deals leveraging SAP S/4HANA for Finance and Operations
- Provide direction to practice leaders and conduct performance development for teams
- Lead client presentations, information gathering sessions, and expectations management
- Develop delivery frameworks, thought leadership, and solution artifacts
- Collaborate with alliance partners and external vendors to extend SAP solutions
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and support engagement sales initiatives
- Mentor teams and oversee project work plans from scoping to delivery
Key requirements- 7+ years in professional services or industry with SAP S/4HANA experience
- Bachelor in MIS, CIS, or related field
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
- Experience leading complex SAP projects with cross-functional teams
- SAP S/4HANA Sell Authorization or LOB Solution Consultant certification or equivalent strongly preferred
