Associate Director, Regional Information Security Awareness Lead

In this role you will lead regional information security awareness as part of KPMG's Global Technology and Knowledge Group. You will advise member firms on information risk standards, drive regional cyber adoption campaigns, and maintain a security dashboard to monitor progress. You will design and sustain a long-term awareness program aimed at reducing human risk and ensuring policy compliance. • Advise member firms and Regional Security Hub on implementing information risk and security standards
• Plan and execute regional cyber adoption campaigns
• Establish and maintain a regional security dashboard (aggregated across the region)
• Ensure awareness program communicates security policies and requirements clearly
• Identify top human risks and develop a behavior-change oriented security awareness program
• Keep contextual security information updated with latest standards, trends and threats; maintain long-term program structure
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment

• Minimum seven years in a corporate environment with at least two years in a management position
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in a related field is required
• Minimum one industry certification (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISAAP)
• Experience planning and managing information security awareness projects
• Active involvement in information security industry groups or equivalent programs
• Experience working in a matrix management environment
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
