Responsibilities- Handle medical malpractice and general liability matters with a focus on medical-related litigation
- Manage claims from intake through resolution, including investigation and evaluation
- Collaborate with counsel to develop defense strategies and case planning
- Conduct medical record reviews and assess causation in liability implications
- Interface with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate case progression
- Operate effectively in a hybrid in-office/remote work environment
Key requirements- Juris Doctorate (JD)
- Experience handling medical malpractice and/or general liability with medical litigation
- Background as an attorney
- Exposure to medical-related claims and complex liability matters
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage claims from intake through resolution and coordinate with counsel
