Responsibilities- Lead transition and management of outsourced services to improve client operations
- Oversee delivery teams to optimize processes and service efficiency
- Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and closure to meet client expectations

- Analyze system components to identify interactions and optimize performance

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Experience in real estate fund accounting, multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and US GAAP/IFRS reporting
- Proficiency with real estate accounting platforms and reporting tech (e.g., Yardi, HFM)
- Strong process automation and improvement skills
- Ability to design and develop automation frameworks
- Strategic questioning to drive operational excellence
