International Tax Manager, Compliance & Consulting

In this role you will lead U.S. international tax services for clients across industries, collaborating with partners, MDs, and global teams to deliver high quality solutions. You'll manage multi client engagements, provide tax planning and compliance expertise, and help develop efficient worldwide tax strategies. You'll work closely with cross functional teams to drive client impact and business development. • Manage and coordinate client service teams on engagements
• Plan, execute, and complete international tax projects within budget
• Provide innovative international tax planning, consulting, and compliance services
• Review complex international tax returns for quality
• Collaborate with partners, managers, and associates to integrate development skills into client service and new business efforts
• Assist in developing and delivering worldwide tax strategies coordinating US and foreign tax considerations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5-7 years of progressive tax consulting experience (3+ in international tax)
• Experience with a large accounting firm, law firm, or corporate tax department of a multinational
• CPA or JD/active law license
• Strong analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology skills with US tax compliance and consulting proficiency
• Proficiency with tax software and technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication
