Overview In this role you develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet output, quality, and cost goals for defense production. You integrate equipment and material capabilities to align with specifications and project targets, applying data-driven methods and problem-solving skills. You will work with Multi-Axis Wind Machines, and contribute to FMEA and Control Plans while potentially leading project steps. Responsibilities- Develops and optimizes continuous production and manufacturing processes to meet output, quality, and cost goals
- Collects production data and applies standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze and diagram processes
- Identifies bottlenecks and devises solutions to resolve them
- Recommends changes or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or processes to improve efficiency and resource utilization
- Acts as a knowledge resource and guide for less experienced engineers
- May work on processes for new or more complex products
Key requirements- Associate's Degree in Engineering and 5-7 years of experience
- Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
