Overview In this role you will drive the adoption and access of Asundexian for stroke prevention within hospital systems and neurology-focused settings. You will build strategic relationships with key institutions and lead education and demand generation to support a high-impact launch. You'll navigate formulary and P&T processes to secure access while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities- Drive clinical demand, education, and sales for Asundexian in stroke prevention
- Lead formulary access by navigating P&T committees and influencing protocol adoption across health systems
- Build strategic relationships with priority institutions and key stakeholders, including C suite, Head of Pharmacy, and neurology leaders
- Develop territory business plans based on local market insights and collaborate with internal teams for a successful launch
- Demonstrate expertise in disease state, market dynamics, and cross-functional activities; identify opportunities and challenges through analysis
- Analyze competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or institutional accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to meet customer credentialing and safety requirements
