Overview In this role you support the tax team in preparing and reviewing returns, handling routine client inquiries, and gathering information for compliance. You will perform research and special assignments, and help identify opportunities to expand services for clients. Ongoing professional development and understanding of broader firm capabilities are encouraged, with a path toward rising responsibilities within a family-owned practice.

Responsibilities- Prepare and review tax returns with the tax team
- Address routine client tax questions and collect information for compliance
- Conduct research and complete special assignments as needed
- Identify opportunities to expand services offered to clients
- Promote firm capabilities beyond tax compliance to clients
- Pursue ongoing education and additional certifications as appropriate
Key requirements- At least 3 years in public accounting with emphasis in taxation
- Experience with both Individual and Business tax
- CPA license is a plus; CPA eligibility is REQUIRED
- MS in Taxation is preferred
