Sr. Analog Design Engineer

As an Analog Circuit Design Engineer, you will craft transistor level and mixed signal circuits for CMOS image sensors and drive full chain simulations from device to block level. You will perform analog layout and optimization of sensor readout circuits, working with toolchains like Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre. You will collaborate with verification, process, test, and applications teams to debug and optimize sensor performance from concept to release. This role offers an opportunity to shape high performance image sensor technology within a cross functional environment. You will contribute to impactful, camera system innovations at the circuit level.

• Detailed transistor level design of analog and mixed signal circuits for CMOS image sensors
• End to end simulations at chip, block, and transistor levels
• Block level and transistor level layout design and optimization of sensor readout circuits using CAD tools
• Collaborate with verification, process, test, and applications engineers to debug, characterize, and optimize fabricated sensors across product phases

• 5+ years in analog and digital circuits and semiconductor device physics
• Experience/knowledge in image sensors and camera systems is a plus
• PhD or MSEE or equivalent
