Overview In this Financial Analyst role, you support the FP&A function with monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, enabling leadership to make informed decisions. You'll collaborate with Senior Analysts to run planning cycles, maintain reporting infrastructure, and deliver standardized templates and dashboards that reveal trends. Responsibilities- Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasts and the annual planning process for assigned business units
- Develop standard reporting, dashboards, and financial presentations to highlight trends and variances
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close to ensure accurate financial statements
- Maintain cost allocations and monthly allocations, update annual infrastructure reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on business case development and strategic planning projects
- Adhere to risk culture policies, controls, and training, escalating concerns when needed
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis, or related finance functions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Essbase is an asset
- Degree/diploma in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to collaborate across teams and meet deadlines
- Business partnering mindset and ability to translate data into insights
