Overview In this role you will support Blackstone Real Estate's capital-raising efforts for North America institutional investors. You work closely with senior leaders and the fundraising team to secure new commitments, manage LP relationships, and advance strategic initiatives. You will serve as a real estate investment SME, articulating product strategies to investors and representing the firm in external engagement. You'll drive a solutions-oriented approach for LPs and consultants, aligning information with investor needs while collaborating across the Real Estate team.

Responsibilities- Identify and procure new LP relationships
- Expand existing LP relationships by articulating Blackstone Real Estate products and deals
- Discuss Blackstone Real Estate products fluently with internal and external market participants
- Represent the firm as a visible spokesperson in external communications and client coverage
- Act as a PM surrogate to LPs and consultants by driving a solutions-oriented process tailored to investor needs
- Collaborate with internal investment, legal, finance, accounting, and operations teams to support closing commitments and onboarding investors
Key requirements- 6+ years of experience in a capital raising role
- Commercial mindset with results orientation; motivated and driven
- Effective multi-tasker able to raise capital for multiple Real Estate products concurrently
