Overview In this role you support the launch and growth of a potential first-in-class Tourette Syndrome treatment within a new Teva sales organization. You build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders, craft territory plans, and collaborate across teams to drive adoption and revenue. You balance individual sales targets with broader organizational goals while navigating a dynamic, highly regulated market. This position offers a chance to shape market access and patient care in neurology/pharmacology at scale.

Responsibilities- Build rapport with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and external contacts across levels
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and educate patients
- Grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to needs and leveraging insights
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and manage promotional budgets
- Address market challenges and foster collaboration with internal teams for cohesive sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of strategies
- Maintain call activity targets with top healthcare providers
- Take calculated risks and use problem-solving to improve regional performance
- Adhere to Teva compliance policies
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties for the territory
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with reimbursement, access, and patient support partners
- Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, or specialty therapeutics preferred
- New product launch experience in specialty or complex disease markets preferred
- Valid US driver's license and driving record
- Willingness to travel regularly; potential air travel and overnight stays
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to engage HCPs in person and virtually
- HCP detailing and medical education delivery
- Understanding of reimbursement and managed care
- Proficiency with technology for virtual engagements
