Overview In this role you will drive marketing operations at CZI by building and maintaining scalable systems, workflows, and playbooks. You will identify opportunities to automate with AI and oversee day-to-day project management across creative and production work. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to keep multiple projects on track and ensure high-quality outputs at scale. Responsibilities- Build and maintain intake, project tracking, approvals, asset and file management systems
- Identify AI automation opportunities to streamline workflows from intake to status reporting
- Document processes and create scalable playbooks
- Manage day-to-day project management across creative/production work: intake, prioritization, timelines, status tracking
- Spot bottlenecks, redesign processes to improve flow
- Maintain dashboards and reporting on capacity and project status
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines and dependencies for creative, content, and partner teams
- Support logistics for brand-related events, activations, or offsites as needed
Key requirements- 5+ years in project management, marketing operations, or equivalent
- Proven experience building/deploying AI-powered tools/workflows with tangible impact
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- Collaborative and capable of working with diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Notion, Airtable, Jira
- Event planning or logistics experience is a plus
