Senior Solution Consultant

In this role you will provide technical guidance from requirements gathering through production rollout, shaping enterprise solutions. You will design, install, configure, and test business applications with a focus on OnBase and ECM domains. You'll translate high-level designs into concrete tasks and collaborate with clients to automate document capture, storage and workflow. You help drive impactful, scalable implementations while working with cross-functional teams. This position offers the chance to influence enterprise content management strategies in a remote, client-facing setting.

• Develop OnBase solutions covering document capture, storage, and workflow
• Create and maintain technical documentation of development, testing, and changes
• Participate in design reviews of Functional Specifications
• Create test transactions and verify that programs meet specifications
• Provide technical assistance by addressing errors or questions about the program
• Analyze customer requests, clarify objectives with users, and assess feasibility
• Consult with clients to understand automation needs and input/output requirements
• Research and evaluate software/hardware to support programming platforms

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and expertise
