Senior Solution Engineer, Compute Systems

As a Software Engineer in the NVEX Solutions Engineering team, you apply AI to triage and resolve customer issues for NVIDIA Enterprise products, including AI Enterprise, Omniverse, and vGPU. You collaborate with engineering, contribute to knowledge bases, and help evolve support tools and documentation. You own customer issues from start to finish, delivering impactful, technical solutions. The role blends product development with proactive customer support in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

• Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve or advance issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams, supplying logs, reproduction steps, and triage information
• Apply AI to create or update products and support tools
• Own customer issues from inception to resolution
• Document customer interactions to enhance the knowledge base
• Create, maintain, and version documentation for support processes and guidelines
• Apply agentic AI skills to solving customer issues and software development
• Occasional weekend/holiday support to assist customers

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of software engineering experience
• AI/ML expertise
