Overview In this Finance Manager role, you will lead GPU capacity planning within FP&A and drive financial forecasting for CoreWeave's data center fleet. You'll analyze capital expenditure and unit economics across a large compute fleet, partnering with Engineering, Operations, and leadership to improve forecasting and profitability. You will translate complex data into clear insights for executives, enabling proactive planning at scale. Responsibilities- Lead GPU capacity planning within FP&A
- Develop and maintain financial forecast models, budgets, and databases
- Own infrastructure reporting and multiregional capex models and unit economics
- Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to track, report, and forecast infrastructure KPIs
- Generate monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and variance/scenario analyses for executives
- Collaborate with capacity planning, fleet operations, and procurement to ensure forecast accuracy and capex optimization
- Support Fixed Asset Accounting to improve accounting and reporting processes
Key requirements- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM; MBA/MS preferred
- 5-7 years in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, or similar roles
- Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure experience
- Advanced Excel with complex modeling (power query, array formulas)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, experience with executives
- GAAP knowledge
- Experience with SQL, Netsuite; familiarity with AI productivity tools preferred
