Overview As Director, Global Practice Lead for PI Data Infrastructure & Digital Twin, you will own and scale the global delivery practice, setting strategy and standards while enabling sales and developing domain experts. You'll bridge technical delivery with business value, advancing real-time data and digital twin capabilities across AVEVA's portfolio. You'll lead cross functional teams, drive global delivery excellence, and contribute to strategic initiatives and technology enablement, shaping the future of industrial data infrastructure.

Responsibilities- Own the PI DI practice strategy, reference architectures, estimation, repeatable content, and industry use cases; advance Digital Twin and AI pillars within PI DI.
- Span PI Data Infrastructure across the AVEVA stack (System Platform, AVEVA Connect, Operations Control, AIM) to drive an integrated portfolio.
- Develop pre-built reference architectures and verticalized PI AF templates and integration blueprints.
- Set global delivery targets, optimize margins and utilization, and ensure on-time, quality project outcomes.
- Lead standardized methodologies, quality frameworks (QMS), and KPI tracking across regions; standardize remote delivery processes and templates.
- Develop offerings across PI DI, Predictive Analytics, Operations Control, AIM and CONNECT, integrating OT and IT at scale; drive innovative enablement.
- Build practice capabilities through training programs, specialization tracks, and collaboration frameworks; plan growth for team and partners.
- Enable sales and pre-sales with technology and use-case foundations; support pursuits and solution enablement.
- Drive customer outcomes with global services partners and ensure stakeholder satisfaction across regions.
- Provide cross-functional leadership to guide complex implementations and leverage domain expertise.
Key requirements- 18+ years of experience managing large teams in Industrial Automation or Engineering Software with global exposure and customer-facing roles
- Deep hands-on PI/AVEVA Data Infrastructure experience (AF, PI Vision, PI Web API, Event Frames, Data Hub, SDK, Install/Administration, Reporting, Cloud deployment)
- Experience with PI system architecture and integration (PI to cloud, PI AF modeling, PI Integrator for BI)
- Proven track record delivering solutions involving AVEVA PI across enterprise scale, including OT/IT integration
- Ability to run workshops, develop reference architectures, and support pre-sales
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and building a growth vision for global teams
- Ability to manage virtual teams across time zones
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering/computer science fields
- Fluent in English
