Responsibilities- Analyze risk and draft internal audit plans for assigned areas
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate audit and advisory engagements
- Collaborate with leaders to deliver innovative audit approaches
- Design and execute testing strategies focused on internal controls
- Supervise staff or contractors, review workpapers, and manage engagements
- Evaluate issues, determine root causes, and assess impact
- Prepare management-facing results and conduct exit meetings
- Monitor follow-up on action plans and results
- Assess technology and cybersecurity risks, including AI, cloud, data protection, and third-party risk
- Work with Data Analytics to apply analytics, automation, and AI for risk assessment and reporting
- Train and mentor junior team members
Key requirements- Minimum 5-7 years in technology audit, consulting, or information security
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance (preferred)
- Professional auditing, security, or technology designation preferred
- Experience in asset management or securities industry a plus
- Experience auditing enterprise and web apps, cybersecurity, privacy, API security, and related platforms
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and security controls (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake)
- Experience with data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled audit techniques
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with IT controls frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ISO27000, OWASP)
