Overview In this role you will lead a mid-to-senior engineering function within the factory, directing manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for both new and existing products. You'll ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and personnel while coordinating with design teams on product releases. You'll implement reporting systems and evaluate personnel to maintain high-functioning teams. Responsibilities- Oversee planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods and processes for products
- Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce quality products at minimum costs
- Liaise with engineering for product release activities
- Develop and maintain systems for reporting and record-keeping of products
- Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function
Key requirements- 10 years of experience in Product Engineering at the Device/Wafer Level
- 1 year of leadership/management experience
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (or related engineering discipline)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions
- Open to change and adaptable to changing directions
- Strong technical background in process/test and device physics
- Strong data analysis skills, experience with AI systems for data analysis
- Ability to ramp quickly on new systems and processes
