Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate NQ+

In this role, you will handle defendant clinical negligence matters for a range of clients, including NHS bodies, insurers, and private providers. You will draft documents, negotiate and mediate, and manage court deadlines while delivering commercially minded legal advice. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, shaping outcomes within a renowned international clinical risk team. • Drafting legal documents
• Conducting negotiations and mediation of claims
• Preparing cases for court deadlines
• Direct client care and day-to-day client contact
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients
• Managing a challenging defendant clinical negligence caseload

• NQ-5 PQE in clinical negligence or related field
• Defendant experience preferred, claimant background considered
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Comfort with full/part-time working arrangements
• Experience with personal injury, civil litigation, or insurance law
• NHS Resolution panel experience desirable but not essential
