Senior Real Estate Capacity & Topology Planner

In this role you will model and track capacity needs for Zoox's expanding service markets, turning inputs from multiple sources into a consolidated future capacity view. You will lead service and maintenance location planning and align capacity with long-term company goals. You'll develop robust models, monitor project progress, and influence capital projects with clear, executive-ready analyses. This role offers strategic impact in shaping capacity for a growing autonomous-vehicle fleet.

• Act as the primary planner and tracker for Service & Maintenance location capacity planning
• Maintain understanding of current fleet and future growth projections
• Collaborate with Strategy, Go-To-Market, and Fleet Operations to define long-term capacity needs
• Develop robust models to evaluate capacity requirements and communicate to stakeholders
• Track progress of Operations Infrastructure projects to ensure fleet sizing alignment
• Refine capacity ratio targets with Operations teams against projected fleet counts
• Recommend sizing, scope, and location of future projects to the Capital Projects team
• Prioritize projects to balance short- and long-term milestones

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 8 years in capacity planning or operations analytics
• Ability to build robust dynamic models in Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to synthesize multiple data points into a single model amid ambiguity
• Ability to create professional, executive-level presentations
• Clear communication of complex data to cross-functional teams including senior leadership
