Sr. Accountant

Senior Accountant in Cincinnati leads the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring timely, accurate financial results. You will manage journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and perform detailed reconciliations across bank and balance sheet accounts. You'll contribute to financial reporting and support day to day accounting operations (AP/AR and payroll) as needed. You'll partner with stakeholders on special assignments and ad hoc financial projects, using data to identify improvements. This role blends precision, adaptability, and cross functional collaboration to support high impact client engagements.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries maintaining GL integrity
• Perform reconciliations for bank and balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Support preparation of financial reports and delivery of financial statements
• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll support)
• Partner with stakeholders on special accounting assignments and ad hoc projects
• Analyze accounting data to identify trends and process improvements
• Utilize accounting systems and advanced spreadsheet tools across engagements
