Overview In this role, you lead and manage large capital asset programs to deliver asset capability with safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets. You will coordinate Lilly and non-Lilly teams across front-end planning to commissioning, often across regions, to ensure timely, compliant delivery. You will shape execution plans, safety and environmental strategies, and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with leadership and stakeholders. Responsibilities- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large capital programs (>$1BN) from concept through to qualification and handover
- Coordinate with Lilly and external partners, maintaining effective communication with leadership, governance bodies, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across all project phases
- Develop and oversee safety and environmental execution plans for projects
- Manage scope changes, risk, and issue resolution to deliver on safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets
Key requirements- 15+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities (preferably >$100MM projects)
- Experience leading greenfield projects
