Overview As Marketing and Member Insights Analyst at UFCU, you turn member data into actionable insights to guide strategy, measure performance, and optimize campaigns. You'll work cross-functionally to uncover trends, develop segmentation, and build predictive models that drive growth, engagement, and profitability. You advance member-centricity and embed data-driven decision-making while shaping analytic infrastructure. This role sits in the Digital Marketing Team and reports to the Digital Marketing Director.
Responsibilities- Drive insightful marketing decisions by analyzing member and campaign data across platforms
- Deliver strategic insights on campaign impact, segmentation, and financial results
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve performance
- Build dashboards and reports tracking KPIs and marketing effectiveness
- Translate member feedback into actionable recommendations and optimize the customer journey across channels
- Collaborate with Product Managers and internal teams on analytics initiatives
- Champion continuous improvement by embedding data-informed practices into marketing processes
- Identify opportunities to improve analytic infrastructure and cross-functional capabilities
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Business or equivalent experience
- 5 years of analytics, BI, data-driven marketing, or finance experience
- 3 years of using BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, CRM platforms, Web analytics tools, or MCIF databases
- Minimum three years of SQL or similar querying experience
- Ability to synthesize complex data and present to executives
