Overview In this Senior Director role within Slalom's Cloud-Build capability in the Americas, you drive regional capability strategy and revenue through product engineering and cloud modernization. You'll lead and develop a go-to-market and delivery network, partnering with clients and industry players to shape outcomes and scale digital products. You will balance billable delivery with market-building activities, from campaigns and speaking engagements to multi-capability pursuits. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to advance Slalom's mission of value-driven technology consulting.

Responsibilities- Tailor regional capability strategy to market needs and ensure alignment with client outcomes
- Engage in billable delivery for product engineering and cloud modernization to drive high-quality outcomes
- Ignite demand for offerings through campaigns, RFIs/RFPs, workshops, and proofs of concept
- Build and maintain relationships with target and active client portfolios and participate in external speaking opportunities
- Partner with sales to identify opportunities and act as Solution Lead / SME during pursuits
- Collaborate on growth projections and manage capability health with corrective actions as needed
- Own the portfolio of sales and revenue for the capability in the market
- Contribute to hiring, staffing, and workforce planning for market capability teams
- Lead and develop teams to scale go-to-market impact and provide performance feedback
Key requirements- Deep technology delivery and leadership experience
- Expertise in product engineering, cloud operations, AI-accelerated engineering, and large-scale delivery models
- Ability to lead strategically while contributing as a hands-on practitioner
