Overview In this role, you lead organic growth for MB2's network of partner practices, boosting visibility and patient acquisition across traditional and AI-powered search. You will craft scalable local SEO programs and coordinate cross-location initiatives. You'll own technical SEO, report performance to executives, and manage external partners to maximize traffic and revenue. This position offers collaboration with a fast-growing network of dental practices and a chance to shape multi-location search strategy.

Responsibilities- Design and execute organic growth strategies for a multi-location network to improve visibility and patient acquisition
- Develop hyper-local SEO programs and optimize local frameworks for Google Business Profiles, citations, and location pages
- Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, and collaboration with web dev teams
- Manage relationships with external SEO partners and ensure performance KPIs drive traffic and conversions
- Create standardized performance reports and translate data into executive-ready insights
- Leverage tools like GA4, GSC, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and integrate data into reporting/visualization platforms
Key requirements- 5+ years of SEO or digital performance marketing experience
- Proven success in multi-location, franchise, healthcare, or distributed networks
- Experience with SEO for AI search, AEO, and GEO
- Strong history managing external SEO partners
- Advanced proficiency with GA4, GSC, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs; reporting/visualization experience (Power BI preferred)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to executives and non-technical audiences
