Responsibilities- Provide leadership and mentorship to service technicians and automation engineers
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities
- Design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs
- Manage and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service
- Monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics and partner with operations to address performance issues
- Analyze system performance and drive improvements across the operations
- Balance proactive planning with real-time problem resolution
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering or 2+ years of Amazon RME experience
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years of CMMS experience
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products experience
- 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
