Overview

In this advisory role, you help client organizations manage EH&S compliance and improve safety performance. You will work onsite with clients in the greater Boston area, delivering risk assessments, program development, training, and incident investigations while collaborating with the account team to expand services. You'll translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and programs that reduce risk and enhance satisfaction. This is a hands-on, client-facing position with a focus on growth and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain client EH&S compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including permits and licenses
  • Develop and implement written health and safety programs (hazard communication, LOTO, confined space, PPE, respiratory protection, electrical safety, hot work, machine guarding)
  • Conduct risk assessments of work areas and collaborate to implement control measures
  • Carry out workplace safety inspections and evaluate hazard controls and safe work practices
  • Develop, deliver and manage client EHS training programs
  • Identify health hazards (toxic vapors, mold, explosive gas-air mixtures) and support control measures
  • Investigate accidents/incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions
  • Communicate safety issues to client personnel and propose corrective actions
  • Liaise with the account management team to meet client expectations and broaden services
Key requirements
  • 5-8+ years of experience in an EH&S capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related field
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience developing and delivering OSHA compliance programs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented; problem solver who remains calm under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
