Responsibilities- Resolve design or manufacturing issues to ensure product readiness
- Support design acceptance and manufacturing readiness
- Adopt new technologies and processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Plan and improve testing procedures for reliability and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor test results, machine capabilities, and performance reliability
Key requirements- Degree in accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in software test validation in devices or machines
- Earthmoving machine or industry knowledge (preferred)
- Grade control experience or similar machine control technology (preferred)
- Software development experience in Python, MATLAB, Java (preferred)
