Oversight and Continuous Improvement Specialist DOE

In this role you support Environmental Management programs for DOE/EM Hanford, applying Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement to drive program effectiveness. You will work within a cross-functional team to oversee safety, environment and quality initiatives, develop performance metrics, and facilitate communication. The position combines on-site and regional work to sustain compliant, efficient operations in a high-stakes nuclear cleanup context. This is a hands-on role for shaping process improvements in a regulated environment.

• Facilitate Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and track metrics
• Implement corrective actions and conduct process mapping
• Support AMSE/AMSQ functional areas across multiple disciplines
• Develop and analyze oversight programs to improve performance
• Create DOE process improvement dashboards and report on progress
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to enhance program effectiveness

• 6-10+ years CI/quality experience
• DOE preferred; Lean/Six Sigma certifications desirable
• BS/BA background
• Experience with process mapping and data analysis
