Overview In this role, you'll manage Commercial Card relationships across assigned regions to drive revenue and portfolio growth. You'll partner with Treasury Card Sales Officers and Regional Banking teams to expand program usage and profitability. You'll guide the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring consistent delivery from implementation to program realization while monitoring pricing and profitability. You'll stay current on product offerings and share updates with stakeholders to keep programs top of mind. This is a cross-functional, client-facing role focused on growth, retention, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities- Responsible for regional Commercial Card production and profitability through collaboration with Sales Officers and Regional Banking teams
- Maintain understanding of card products, market opportunities, competition, and goals for Commercial Card
- Participate in the full sales cycle to deliver a positive client experience and align implementation with program realization; monitor rebates, fees, and rewards for profitability
- Manage a portfolio of programs to ensure retention and growth; maintain regular touchpoints with stakeholders
- Engage partners through training, regional presentations, and consistent communications to keep card programs top of mind
- Stay informed on product enhancements and provide clear updates to teams, Regions, and Partners
Key requirements- Undergraduate Degree in Business or equivalent education and related training
- 5+ years in Commercial Card industry experience, preferably in sales or account management
- Strong leadership and ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects/clients, and meet deadlines
