Responsibilities- Manage project development from conception to completion
- Provide construction oversight and resolve complex challenges
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project controls
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and invoices
- Support cost reduction and value delivery through PM techniques
- Lead on-site activities including safety, scheduling, and coordination with designers
- Maintain client relationships and ensure project alignment with objectives
Key requirements- Bachelor degree in Architecture, engineering discipline, or Construction Management
- 8 years of construction experience across large-scale building/rehabilitation projects
- Minimum 4 years as Assistant Project Manager on large-scale projects > $10M
- Experience on PLA projects in medium to large urban areas (minimum 3 projects)
- Ability to manage projects using established controls and procedures
- On-site leadership across scheduling, safety, quality, and coordination
- Strong people leadership and client relationship skills
- On-site work five days a week in Syracuse, NY or Binghamton, NY
