Overview

As Change Manager at Crusoe, you will steer the people side of workplace transformations across offices, manufacturing sites, and data centers. You'll build readiness, craft compelling communications, and coach teams through transitions using proven frameworks. You'll partner with the workplace team and cross functional partners to minimize resistance and drive adoption, enabling Crusoe to scale its global footprint. This role blends strategy, stakeholder influence, and hands on execution in a fast growing tech environment. You'll help shape how people navigate change to sustain momentum and business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Change Impact Assessment to map effects on people, processes, and systems
  • Change Strategy & Roadmapping to align with project milestones
  • Readiness Assessments to identify gaps before changes
  • Leadership Alignment with senior leaders and managers as change sponsors
  • Stakeholder Engagement across all levels to ensure involvement
  • Communication Design & Delivery with multi-channel campaigns and assets
  • Training Collaboration to develop targeted capability-building programs
  • Resistance Management to address adoption risks and coach managers
  • Cross-Functional Partnership as the daily contact for alignment
  • Metrics & Reporting to track adoption and business impact
  • Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in change management, organizational development, human resources, or project management
  • Proven stakeholder influence without direct authority
  • Exceptional active listening and empathy in communication
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adapting to evolving initiatives
  • Experience leading workplace or real estate change efforts (office moves, design, facilities transformations)
  • Collaborative work within a workplace team and cross-functional partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication translating complex initiatives clearly
  • Experience driving change in fast-scaling technology environments
  • Experience partnering with executive sponsors on enterprise-wide initiatives
